Inspiring Change Every Day with Grace
Is It Working?

Somewhere between the pursuit of our goals and going about our daily routines, we almost always forget to assess ourselves and our plans. Not in the hurried, performance-driven sense of checking off a to-do list, but in the quiet, reflective space where intention meets impact. Are we making progress or are we stuck along the way?
Progress in intentional living may be a little difficult to measure because it doesn’t always look like leaps; sometimes, it’s the stillness that signals change. It’s the way you no longer entertain certain draining conversations. It’s how you respond instead of reacting.
It’s in the pause before a decision, the breath before the boundary, and the grace you now offer yourself where shame used to live. Intentionality, at its core, is a way of being; choosing, consistently, to move through life on purpose, with purpose.
However, for this to be more than just a mindset, there must be markers; soft, human check-ins that reflect internal shifts.
We often think clarity comes with time, but clarity really comes with tracking. When did you last sit with yourself to ask: “Am I becoming the person I said I wanted to be?” You’ll notice it in patterns, how your values show up in how you spend your time, your money, your energy.
You’ll notice it in your circles, who you’re allowing closer, and who you’re loving from a healthier distance. You’ll notice it in the things you no longer chase because you’ve realized they never really fed your soul.
Measuring intentional progress doesn’t require metrics, it requires meaning. Like journaling your small wins, no matter how “silly” they may seem. Record the moments you chose honesty over silence, empathy over ego, healing over hiding.
A single week of consistent self-reflection might reveal more about your growth than six months of unchecked hustle. You’ll realise that the process isn’t linear; some days you’ll fall short, but even the stumble can be part of your story if you rise with awareness.
For some, it may be about shifting your morning routine to reflect your priorities, for others, it’s learning to say no to things that once validated you.
Growth wears different clothes for everyone. That’s why you must measure progress based on your values, not trends. If peace is your goal, then peace must be your measure. If wholeness is your pursuit, then look for the days you felt undivided in who you are and how you showed up.
You’ll find that the art of living intentionally is also the art of forgiving yourself often, adjusting when needed, and being brave enough to begin again.
You will not get it right all the time. But intentionality is not about perfection, it’s about alignment and alignment is a daily choice, not a final destination.
To everyone who’s walked this 21-episode journey with us: thank you. Thank you for reflecting, sharing, and showing up. Your stories, questions, and courage have made this series more than just a conversation, it’s been a community of growth.
As we close this chapter on Intentions, we’re not saying goodbye, we’re saying make room, because next month, we begin a brand new theme and trust me, you won’t want to miss what’s coming.
