I Believe I’m Enough

It’s strange how often we measure our worth against unfinished goals, filtered lives, or other people’s approval.

We think we need to achieve more, look different, earn praise, or be loved back to feel valid. But what happens when none of those things come? Or worse, when they come and we still feel empty?

This is the good news; The narrative has changed! From this moment forward, you are only permitted to say good things about yourself, to accept good things into your life and to embrace good people who will bring out your goodness!

This is the story you’ll tell yourself, well because no one else will. No one will hand over self-worth to you if you don’t own it. Your worth is something you must own, claim, and choose every single day.

Tell yourself you are enough! Do it repeatedly until it becomes  part of you.  That shift in narrative is what you need to leave that depressive and suffocating relationship. That is your declaration of rebellion in a world that profits from your insecurities.

Continue declaring them because they can literally reshape the brain’s emotional response to failure and rejection. Self-worth should be unconditional, not performance-based. The more we practice this, the more resilient we become, not because we never get hurt, but because we know who we are even when we do.

So, if you’re still caught in the loop of “not good enough,” let this be the interruption. Your healing doesn’t have to wait for an apology, success, or someone else’s recognition. It begins with a sentence: “I’m enough.” Not because you’re perfect, but because you’re human, and that is reason enough.

To everyone who’s followed this journey through the Insecurities series, thank you for staying, for feeling, and for growing. You’ve been honest, brave, and vulnerable, and this is only the beginning. Stay with us.
